pureLiFi, Oledcomm and Fraunhofer HHI to Attend the MWC Barcelona 2023
pureLiFi, Oledcomm and Fraunhofer HHI announced that they will be present at The Upcoming MWC Barcelona 2023. These big players of the emerging LiFi industry will showcase some latest advancements of LiFi technology to attendees.
OLEDCOMM will be at the French Tech Pavillon Hall 5 and you can also book an 30-mins online session with them.
pureLiFi will exhibit at Stand 7A11. They also announced that Prof Harald Haas will be speaking at their stand at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Professor Harald Haas, known as the Father of LiFi, will share insights into the latest developments in LiFi and how light communications will be the key to unlocking the ambitious vision of 6G.
Fraunhofer HHI will be present at booth 7G31, hall 7. Prof. Volker Jungnickel & Lennert Bober have worked with devolo AG to combine Powerline Communication (PLC) and LiFi.
Dr. Robert Elschner will present a key technology to realize 6G: a radio-head prototype for broadband point-to-point wireless data transmission at sub-THz carrier frequencies (300 GHz). The prototype is a collaboration with Fraunhofer IAF.
MWC Barcelona 2023
MWC Barcelona (formerly Mobile World Congress) is the largest mobile event in the world as well as the meeting place for the leaders of the mobile and related industries. The event is held in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain at the Fira de Barcelona Gran Via, usually in February or early March. pureLiFi
pureLiFi develops technology for communication networks that integrates data and lighting utility infrastructures. It offers a LiFi enabled device that converts the beam of lights into an electrical signal. The signal is then converted back into data. The company was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in Edinburgh.
pureLiFi demonstrated the next LiFi system for the home at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2022 in Barcelona. pureLiFi stated that this is the world’s first LiFi ecosystem for the consumer market, named LiFi@Home™.
